Welcome to Farmdene Health Centre
Farmdene Health Centre is a 6 doctor GP Practice providing all core NHS-Funded general medical services as well as a range of enhanced medical services, and a number of private medical services to residents of Farmdene, Hornchurch and Holmhurst.
Appointments
URGENT appointments can be booked on the day, however, doctors appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance if you have a chronic ongoing condition.
Surgery Hours
Farmdene surgery is open 8.30am - 1.00pm Monday - Friday & 2pm - 6pm Monday - Wednesday & Friday. The Surgery closes at weekends and on public and bank holidays.
Online Services
If you have registered for online services then you can book and cancel GP and Nurse appointments online. When cancelling your appointment please do so in good time.
E-Consultations
You can now request non-urgent medical advice, and make administrative requests (i.e. for medical reports and test results) by filling out a quick and simple form online at eConsult.

Farmdene Health Centre offers registered patients all the core NHS funded General Medical Services plus a wide range of enhanced and private medical services.
Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions take a minimum of three full working days to process at the surgery, so please order your repeat in good time before you run out of medication.
