Dr Monica Cooper Joins

Dr Cooper has joined Farmdene Health Centre from 1st June 2024 following the early retirement of Dr Derne. Dr Cooper will be offering a gynaecology clinic, in which she will be inserting and removing contraception coils. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact reception.

Dr Bruce Derne Retires

Dr Derne has now retired from Farmdene Health Centre after 8 years of working with us. We hope he has a lovely retirement and enjoys all his future plans.

Surgery opening hours

Farmdene Health Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm. Phone lines open at 8.30am. We are closed at weekends and on bank holidays.

Online triage and consultations

The eConsult service allows you fill out a form and attach photographs to get advice from your GP and make administrative requests such as asking for a sick note or test results. This should not be used for urgent requests of a clinical nature.

If you have registered to use Systm Online Patient Services, you can use it to book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and update your personal details.
